This Privacy Policy explains how Bohn (“we,” “us,” “I”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit bohnagain.com (the “Site”) and sign up to receive the free guide and related emails.

1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up, we collect your first name and email address. That’s it — we don’t ask for anything else.
Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It records aggregate, anonymous data such as page views, referrers, country, device type, and browser — used only to understand overall traffic and improve the Site. It cannot be used to identify you personally.
We do not sell your data, run third-party ad trackers, or use advertising cookies.
2. How we use your information
We use your name and email to:
- send you the free guide you requested;
- send you related emails (the 30-day journey, occasional updates, and offers);
- respond to you if you reply or reach out;
- keep our list organized and improve what we send.
3. Who we share it with (our service providers)
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the Site. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- Resend — sends our emails and stores your contact on our email list.
- Supabase — securely stores subscriber records (name, email) in our database.
- Vercel — hosts the Site and provides the cookieless analytics described above.
Each maintains its own security and privacy practices. We don’t share your information with anyone else except where required by law.
4. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe anytime. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and we stop emailing you.
- Access or delete your data. Email bohnagain@gmail.com and we’ll provide a copy of, correct, or permanently delete your information.
- Do Not Sell. We don’t sell personal information, full stop.
If you’re in the EU/UK, our legal basis for processing your information is your consent, which you give when you sign up and can withdraw at any time. If you’re in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including access, deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them — use the email above to make a request.

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
